St. Joseph's Catholic School Application Process

The admission process is used to determine a match between the student’s needs and the curriculum and resources St. Joseph’s offers. St. Joseph’s administers a non-discriminatory policy of admission. In keeping with the school mission, effort is made to maintain a diverse student body and to provide new families with opportunities for admission.

New Student Application Form and Fee

Complete and submit the online student application form and fee. You may select Apply below to start the process. Students must meet the age requirement on or before September 1st.

PK: Two, Three, or Four Years Old

Kindergarten: Five Years Old

First Grade: Six Years Old

The non-refundable application fee is $100.00 per student.

Documents

We require a copy of the student’s birth certificate when the application is submitted along with a current report card (3K – 6th grade) and any Educational/Diagnostic Testing Results, if applicable. A Teacher Recommendation Form must be submitted to the child’s current school, if applicable. The Georgia Department of Public Health Form 3231 Certificate of Immunization and Form 3300 Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition Screening are required upon acceptance. No provisional is accepted for Form 3231.

Readiness Assessment/Placement Testing

Our Director of Admissions will call you to set up a time for your child’s assessment once the admissions application has been completed. All applicants are reviewed by the Admission Committee, which bases its decision on the school’s ability to meet the student’s needs.

Requirements for completing the Enrollment Process

Upon acceptance, parents will be provided information to complete an electronic enrollment packet. A commitment fee of $100.00 and the enrollment packet are due within ten days of acceptance to hold a space for the student.
