At St. Joseph’s Catholic School, academic excellence means education and care for our students in mind, body, and spirit. Our nutrition program is one more way we provide an exceptional environment for our students, Pre-K2 through 5th grade.
Our lunch program can be purchased daily or by semester at a discounted rate.
Your all-inclusive student lunch provides:
Daily Hot Bar (protein and vegetables)
Caesar and Garden Salads
Fresh raw vegetables
Fresh cut and whole fruit
Soup of the Week
We offer occasional specials including smoothies, hot chocolate, and bakery items. Parents can pre-order birthday treats for the class as well as bag lunches on field trip days.
Allergen and dietary restrictions can be accommodated. We currently serve students who are vegan, dairy free, shellfish free, peanut free, etc.
I like lunch because it tastes good. I like apples and bananas, and I liked when we had (Chinese week) beef and rice.
Lunch is great because we have a literal gourmet chef! I love the (Italy week) spaghetti. The salads are really good because I like ceased salads, and we have those every day.
I like the (French week) ratatouille pasta. I always get strawberries and apples.
My birthday was special because I got to pick the flavor of my cupcakes.
Chef Chelsia Ogletree is owner of the wildly successful Her Majesty Kitchen and Catering in Forsyth, GA. Her creole roots and classical training bring vibrancy and high standards to our meals. Chef’s incredible dishes and her onsite kitchen team make every day special in our cafeteria. Be sure to mark your calendar for our SJS Thanksgiving lunch – no parent should miss it!
Chef was recognized by the Georgia Restaurant Association in the Georgia Grown Executive Chef Class of 2025. She’s created meals for movie stars, brides and grooms, and patrons of her restaurant. She’s styled food for national audiences. But we know her favorite diners are our St. Joseph’s Knights.
