Mrs. Hickman has her BA in Economics and in International Relations from Sweet Briar College in Virginia. She earned her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning with an emphasis on economic and environmental development from the University of Colorado. She has over twenty years of experience as a federal contractor and employee before changing career paths. Mrs. Hickman has been a substitute teacher at SJS for two years and is now an instructional aide.
