This discussion will provide an overview of developmental stages and needs of grade school, middle school, and high-school age children for developing social skills. It will explore the opportunities and risks of social media, networked gaming, and internet exposure to support or disrupt our kids’ social development. Parents and caregivers will leave with a better understanding to discuss their own and their childrens’ responsibilities to  ensure safety and thriving where screens have become open doors into our family’s lives.
