Fall Festival October 26th 2:00pm

Fall Festival forms were sent home last week in the Thursday folders. We need all forms turned in by Tuesday October 2nd. SJS has some new policies regarding money, so please turn in any forms to your teachers rather than putting them directly in the HASA box in the office. This way we can ensure that all cash/checks are secured. There is also a drop box located in the office door that you can use if dropping off any forms not during school hours, for example during EDP pickup.
We are also implementing a new ticketing system this year. We will be selling tickets at the front door to be used for the dunking booth and drink stations. This will eliminate the need for cash at several locations. Punch cards are still available also that can be used for drinks, dunking booth, bake sale, kids store, and concessions. Cash will still be accepted at the store, raffle, concessions and bake sale. Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted for auction items.
We are still seeking raffle items. If you know someone who owns or manages a local business that would be willing to donate an item, service, or gift card, please contact Barbie Castillo at 786-728-4960 or bcastillo1322@live.com.
This year’s t-shirt design is attached with this week’s newsletter. For those of you that may not know, SJS 6th graders submit designs to Mrs. Siebenmorgan for each year’s shirt and then a winner is chosen. We’d like to congratulate, Henry Barrett as this year’s winner!
Thank you for all you do to help make Fall Festival a success for our students and our school!
